On Saturday, December 20th, Rachel and I had the pleasure to shoot the wedding of Courtney & Pat. What a beautiful winter wedding it was!
We started the afternoon off hanging out with the girls, snapping photos of Courtney getting her hair done, and make up put on. I really wanted to get shots of everyone outside, but it was a coooolllldddd day! So it was great to hear that Courtney wanted a few shots outside (although I don’t think the other girls were too thrilled)… but we got some great ones! So to Courtney, Mary Lou, Lindsay, Gillian, and Sorrel, I thank you ladies for putting up with the cold!
The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, with the aisle lined candle light, and the lights dimmed very low. The ambiance of the church was nothing but magnificent! Afterwards, a few more group shots, and some photos of Courtney & Pat. We got it down to a science. Plan the shot, go outside, shoot it, go in, get warm, and repeat. Ha ha!
The reception… oh what a party! US Navy SEALs really know how to boogie down! There wasn’t a person there that didn’t enjoy themselves. Everyone was dancing and just having a wonderful time!
Just one last note… Pat is a US Navy SEAL… so Pat, I want to thank you for serving our wonderful country, and fighting to protect our freedoms!
Oh my God !!!! Courtney you were such a beautiful bride,Thanks for making it possible ffor me to view.Hoping you & Pat always shine onthe world with your smiles. Love Kathy Green
